2. Local Processing in the Browser

Most tools on this site are designed to run directly in the user's browser.

When these tools are used normally, text entered by users and selected images or PDF files are not actively uploaded to this site's server as part of the tools' processing.

Processed results are usually generated directly on the user's device, and users choose whether to download them.

Online Translation Service

Unlike most locally processed tools on this site, the online translator sends the entered text to Cloudflare Workers AI only after the user actively selects Translate.

Voice Input

After the user grants microphone permission, voice input records a short audio clip and sends it to Cloudflare Workers AI's Whisper Large V3 Turbo model for speech-to-text. Easy Tool Nest does not store microphone recordings on its own server.

3. Text Tools

Character counting, English case conversion, and text cleaning process user-entered text directly in the browser.

This site does not actively save text entered into these tools.

4. Random Password Generator

The random password generator creates passwords directly in the browser.

This site does not actively record, save, or upload passwords generated by users.

Users should still protect their account passwords and avoid storing important passwords on public devices.

5. Image Processing Tools

Free online photo editing, image compression, image resizing, image format conversion, and image-to-PDF features mainly run locally in the browser.

Images selected by users are not actively uploaded to this site's server as part of the normal processing of these tools.

Image processing results are generated in the browser, and users can choose whether to download and save them.

6. PDF Tools

PDF merge, PDF split, and image-to-PDF features mainly use browser-side programs to process user files.

PDF files selected by users are not actively uploaded to this site's server as part of the normal processing of these tools.

The browser may be unable to process PDFs that are password-protected, encrypted, or contain special structures.

7. Document Scanning and Camera Permission

The document scanner allows users to upload existing images and, in supported browsers, use the device camera to photograph documents.

The camera is enabled only after the user actively clicks the relevant button and grants the browser camera access.

This site does not automatically activate the camera without user permission.

Captured images are mainly used to generate scan results in the browser.

Users can disable or revoke camera permission at any time through browser settings.

8. Third-Party Program Resources

To provide certain PDF features, some pages may load JavaScript libraries from third-party content delivery networks.

When the browser loads these program resources, third-party service providers may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request time, depending on how their services operate.

Images or PDF files being processed by users are not automatically sent to those third-party services merely because these libraries are loaded.

After the site is deployed on the internet, the hosting provider may automatically generate basic access logs.
